Complimentary shipping on all orders. All orders are shipped via international shipping services with tracking.

Delivery Estimates

United States: 7–21 business days from dispatch. EU and UK: 10–25 business days from dispatch. All other destinations: 14–30 business days from dispatch.

These are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier schedules, local postal services, or other factors beyond Yigēn's control. Yigēn reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping method and carrier for each order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are determined and collected by local customs authorities, not by Yigēn. Yigēn has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and is unable to reimburse them.

Non-payment of duties by the recipient may result in the shipment being held, returned to sender, or disposed of by customs authorities. Any costs arising from non-payment of duties, including return shipping, are not covered by Yigēn.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees in your destination country.

Force Majeure

Yigēn shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or other force majeure events.
